Ógra Shinn Fein National Conference

Sinn Fein's youth wing, Ógra Shinn Fein, will this weekend hold its national confernece.  The event is to take place in the Arts Block, NUI Galway on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (1st, 2nd and 3rd March).

Agenda will include:

Friday:

7pm: ``Nations without States'

Speakers: Palestine Amassador, Basque, Kurdish and Sinn Fein reps.

Saturday:

11am:a) `Globilisation' Speaker: Rose Dugdale

b) `Future of EU' Speaker: Anthony Coughlan

12noon: `Traditional Irish Culture in Multicultural Ireland'Speakers from GAA, Refugee Community, Irish Language and Media.

2pm: `Irish Language - Is it dying?'

Speakers: Eoghan Harris and SF rep.
